Lexy is a southern belle from the deep south of Dallas, Texas. She brings her diverse style in dance accompanied with her upbeat personality & sassy spirit to the stage.
Lexy has been working in the business since the age of 20. Her dance career has taken her from Dallas to New York and Los Angeles, and internationally to Dubai, the Phillipines and Paris. She studied at Fordam University in NYC where she trained in the BFA program through Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She has danced in commercials, industrials, music videos, television, film, and for many live theatrical productions. This past summer she was a dancer
in the film "(500) Days of Summer" choreographed by Michael Rooney and was a salsa dancer in the film, "The Ugly Truth." She also had the unique opportunity to dance for Katy Perry in her debut performance for her hit song "I Kissed a Girl" which was choreographed by Bryan Anthony at the Guys Choice Awards. In a 1920's era episode of the television show "Terminator: the Sarah Conner Chronicles," Lexy busted out her best charleston dance moves as a flapper. In
Dallas, she danced for the Dallas Mavericks and performed at the 2006 NBA Finals against the Miami Heat. During this time she was nominated for the NBA All Star dance team.
Lexy has just returned from Paris and is excited to be back bee-bopping with her favorite gals, the Diamond Bettys! With a love for all things girly, old-fashioned and French she is excited to bring a little of what she learned in the snail shell city back to the Betty's with an extra special shade of red lipstick, and a few secrets from a tiny cabaret off of George V.
